Mistress Nikita - Heel Cushion

I’m wearing my favorite six inch heel black leather ankle boots and there just happens to be a human carpet slithering on my dungeon floor. I wonder how far I can dig my heel into its back before it begs for mercy. Of course, the only thing it should be begging for is more of my heels in its back.
