Over the next 12 weeks, if you can keep up, you will learn what it means to be a beta, how to accept being a beta, and, finally, hope to be content and comfortable as a beta. I see so many of you out, floating around and oscillating between your natural, beta tendencies and your faux-alpha mask. It’s funny, to me at least, but I can also tell how much harder it makes it for betas like you to find the pleasure they are so desperately searching for. And I want to help, mostly because it benefits me but also because, beta, you need My help.
