But, instead of giving in totally, you managed to schedule a meeting with your sponsor to try to pull you out of this rut. Your sponsor is soooo disappointed with you but she decides to help you out! You probably only get sooo worked up and give into relapse every time because you stigmatize it sooo hard! Why don’t we normalize relapse and make you feel a little more comfortable with it…. After all it is just a part of the journey.
