Stevie comes to confess that she has not been an angel this summer. A good paddling and strapping always makes her feel better sets her on the straight and narrow. A big FRAT paddle heats the seat of her shorts as he scolds her and demands improved behavior. A brutal strap licks her bottom with fiery strokes as she begins to sniffle.
